Links to the proposed changes to the By-Laws can now be found on the HLA website (links below). There are two versions, one is a red-lined copy – the other is a clean copy of the proposed changes.
The 2025 Annual Membership meeting is set for Saturday, March 15th @ 9:00 am at the Lodge. All eligible members were mailed an Annual Meeting packet which contains ballots with candidate bios (members receive 1 ballot per lot owned), a proxy solicitation from the board, and the President’s letter. If you are a member in good standing (all 2024 Assessments, fines, and fees paid by January 29, 2025) and did not receive your packet, please contact the office. To ensure our Annual Meeting can proceed, please make sure to either attend in person or submit your proxy statement by the deadline. A quorum of votes is required.
