Advance Ballots & Proxies Due:  Thursday, March 13, 2025, 5:00 p.m.  Advance Ballots and Proxies for the board are due to the office NO LATER THAN 5:00 p.m. Thursday, March 13, 2025.  These may be mailed or dropped off at the HLA office (in person or in the HLA drop box). There is no electronic option for these documents as the originals must be used.  Ballots received after this time will still be counted but must be presented at the Annual Meeting on March 15, 2025, by 8:55 a.m.  Proxies may be presented or withdrawn at any time during the meeting. The presence of at least 20% of the eligible votes of the entire membership, in person or by proxy, at a member meeting shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.

ANNUAL MEETING:  Saturday, March 15, 2025, 9:00 a.m. at the lodge.  Please plan to arrive early to check in with the Teller Committee.  

We hope you can join us for this very important opportunity for member voices to be heard.  If you are unable to attend the meeting, please consider returning your proxy either to the office or to a neighbor.  Proxies may be granted to a neighbor who is also a member in good standing and who will be attending the meeting by completing the 2025 Neighbor Proxy.
