No Road Work has been Completed since Last Update other than pothole repairs.

SSA Updates since Last Update

• Engineering designs were reviewed by County Transportation Committee
• Development Agreement has been negotiated, finalized, and approved by the Tazewell County Board at the February Board Meeting
• Bond counsel has been engaged and financing rates are being finalized.
• Confirmation has been received that the SSA tax will not be on the statements received by members in 2017.
• Initial SSA funded work still estimated to begin August or September 2017.

Next Steps

• County will finalize work with Bond Counsel.
• County to approve SSA ordinance.
