We are looking for additional individuals to be members of the Environmental Control Committee (ECC)
Basically you would be part of a committee that would meet as needed to review and approve and or make recommendations to the board (based on the HLA rules & guidelines) the status of permit applications that are sent into the HLA office. These permit requests could be for tree removal, building structures like docks, decks, sheds, fences, retaining walls, drive ways etc.. The goal of the committee with the approval process is to protect the natural charm of the lake community and assist residents with housing issues.
