UPDATED GUEST PASS PROCESS – EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
Due to abuse and misuse of the Guest Pass process for use of the Boat Ramp, Parking Lots and other HLA amenities, the process for obtaining a Daily Guest Pass has been revised, effective immediately.
HLA enforcement is increasing the monitoring of the Boat Ramp, Parking Lot and Beach Parking Lot for unauthorized vehicles WITHOUT a 2021 HLA vehicle sticker or GUEST PASS.
The Guest Pass is no longer available for download.
HLA Members MUST email the office to obtain a Guest Pass with the following information – To expedite your Guest Pass request – All information MUST be typed into the body of your email, please do not send pics of your guest pass information:

Guest’s Vehicle License Number
Name of Guest
Date of Guest Visit
Email to: email@example.com
The office will return the Guest Pass via email. Please allow 24 hours for your Guest Pass to be approved and returned.
ABSOLUTELY NO HANDWRITTEN GUEST PASSES OR HAND CREATED GUEST PASSES WILL BE ACCEPTED. ANY VEHICLE WITHOUT A GUEST PASS ISSUED BY THE HLA OFFICE AND NOT DISPLAYED IN THE FRONT WINDO OR NON-TINTED REAR WINDOW WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FINE AND TRESPASSING.
MEMBERS WITHOUT A CURRENT VEHICLE STICKER ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO A FINE.
