Tazewell County Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance with the investigation into thefts that occurred in the Heritage Lake-Mackinaw subdivision. During the week of May 19, 2021, Heritage Lake reported 8 Stop signs and poles, 1 Speed “Bump Ahead” sign and the large decorative Heritage Lake entrance sign from the east entrance being stolen. The HLA Board of Directors have authorized a $500.00 reward for information that leads to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for the thefts.
