The plows are out and running this morning in Heritage Lake. Freezing rain has been falling since about 8am and is creating a layer of ice on the top of the snow, making for slow going for the plows, but both are out and working, and will continue to do so until roads are cleared. As of 10:30 am, the majority of Heritage Drive is cleared and work is beginning on the cul-de-sacs.
