This event is a sizzling showdown of flavors between neighborhood pit masters. We need a lead volunteer to run this fabulous event! What that entails:
Setting date and time (currently Lodge is reserved for 10/7 but that is flexible)Picking rib categories
Collecting entrants (pre register or day-of)
Handling the Voting
Set up / Clean up
We will acquire additional volunteers to assist you day-off event.
