The HLA office has confirmed with Republic Services that there is no delivery fee if members call and request an additional trash tote (can). Each extra tote (can) is $6 extra a month, as our monthly rate includes just the one tote already delivered.
Republic is double-checking HLA accounts and will clear out anyone that may been charged a delivery fee, which should be completed by the end of the week.
