The there has been a significant increase of dogs and cats running loose in the Association recently.  At this time, we would like to remind pet owners of the following

1. All Domestic animals must be on a leash at all times unless on private property and confined by a fence or electric collar, or within the grounds of the dog park. No domestic animal is permitted to run at large within the subdivision. This is part of the Association Rules & Regulations, and violators are subject to citation and fine.

2. All pet waste from walks throughout the subdivision should be picked up by the owner.  Please be a good neighbor and don’t leave a present on someone else’s yard or Association Property.
