NOTICE: Driveway culverts are the homeowner’s responsibility. They must be kept clear and in good working condition. If your driveway culvert is blocked, collapsed, or not functioning properly, it must be cleaned or repaired.
Owners are required to address any issues within 30 days of this post or may be subject to a fine. If Heritage Lake hires a contractor to complete the work, the cost will be charged to the homeowner.
