Heritage Lake Association prohibits property owners from blowing/dumping leaves into the lake. This is covered in our Bylaws in: Section 2, paragraph G, Subparagraph v, by stating:
Where applicable, prevent debris or foreign material from entering Heritage Lake and continues in vi by stating: When such debris or foreign material has entered Heritage Lake, remove it immediately.
If a property owner is found guilty of the above it is a fineable offense!
