Heritage Lake Association prohibits Property Owners from blowing/dumping leaves into the lake. This is covered in our CCE&Rs in: Section 2, paragraph G, Subparagraph vi, by stating:
Where applicable, prevent debris or foreign material from entering Heritage Lake and continues in vi by stating: When such debris or foreign material has entered Heritage Lake, remove it immediately.
