Links to a current copy of CCE&Rs and the proposed changes to the CCE&Rs and a link to the Neighbor Proxy can now be found on the HLA website by selecting the blue box “2024 Annual Meeting & Trash Collection” on the homepage.
The 2024 Annual Membership meeting is set for Saturday, March 9th @ 9:00 am at the Lodge. All eligible members were mailed an Annual Meeting packet which contains ballots with candidate bios (members receive 1 ballot per lot owned), a proxy solicitation from the board, and the President’s letter. If you are a member in good standing (all 2023 Assessments, fines, and fees paid by January 24, 2024) and did not receive your packet, please contact the office. Please attend or submit your proxy statements.
Proxies may also be granted to a neighbor who is also a member in good standing and who will be attending the meeting by completing the 2024 Neighbor Proxy.
