Important Reminder–Home/Property Improvements

It’s that time of year where we are starting to get outside more and looking to start those projects we have been putting off.  Don’t forget that before any fences get put up, sheds placed on your lot, trees get cut down, driveways get expanded, house additions get started, docks get built, solar panels get added or most other projects — you must first submit an Accessory Permit Application for ECC approval before anything can get started to avoid potential fines.
