The Heritage Lake Association Board is in search of members interested in serving on the Environmental Control Committee.  The ECC is charged with approving or disapproving improvements to the lots within HLA proposed by members, in accordance with the CCE&R’s.  This includes proposed building plans, fence installations, the building of docks, tree removals, driveways, and any other dwelling, building structure, or improvement that is placed on any lot in the association.

Members interested should contact the office.  Per the CCE&R’s, the board will appoint three people to serve as the Environmental Control Committee from the pool of volunteers.
