The HLA board has no ability to control or police issues with unleashed dogs or aggressive dogs.  This is the responsibility of the Tazewell County Animal control.  Please call them at 309-925-3370 immediately at the time of the event.  They do not act on calls that indicate that the incident occurred 2 days ago.  Be prepared to give them a description of the dog(s) the location they are currently at and if you know who the owners are that is the most helpful information.  Animal control will not divulge the name of the caller reporting the issue but will expect you to provide your name and phone number in order to act on the complaint.
