2020 Heritage Lake Assessments were due on March 1^st.  A late fee of $25 per lot is normally added on April 1.  This was deferred in 2020 until July 1 due to the uncertainties of the Covid-19 pandemic.  To avoid the late fee, assessments must be received by June 30.  Payment Plans and Current Balances can be obtained by emailing: hlaoffice@frontier.com.
