A few brief annual meeting reminders for members

• Ballots are due to the office by 6 pm tonight.  Ballots can be brought to the Annual Meeting, but must be received by 8:45 am to be counted.
• The second Road Improvement Committee informational meeting will be held tonight at 7 pm in the lodge.  Please plan to attend if you would like information about the recommended Road Improvement Plans in advance of the annual meeting on Saturday.
• The annual meeting will convene at 9:00 am on Saturday March 12th.  Please plan to arrive a little early to go through the check in process.  The agenda for the Annual Meeting will be available shortly, please watch the website for an update.
