2020 ANNUAL MEETING CANCELLED – MAY 15 SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR BOARD OF DIRECTOR BALLOTS

2020 HLA Annual Meeting has been cancelled due to the State of Illinois Covid-19 directives.  Members who have a Board of Directors ballot that they were planning to bring to the meeting may return their ballot in the pre-stamped envelope supplied or drop it in the First Security night deposit box by May 15.  Remember to complete to lot information on the ballot envelope. 

The tellers committee will tabulate these ballots immediately after the May 15 deadline.  Results of the voting will be posted no later than May 20.  All annual reports prepared for members, including the annual audit and report will also be posted at that time.  If you require a printed copy of any report, please contact the office.
