The Heritage Lake Association Spring Garage Sales will take place May 4^th from 8 am until 1 pm.  Property owners may have sales open at additional times if they wish to.  As in years past a $5 fee will be collected from all sales that take place on May 4^th to help offset advertising and printing costs.  All property owners that pay the fee and submit the Sale Registration Form prior to April 29^th will be included in a sale map.
