- Due to the recent increases in Trash Collection, the membership has asked if HLA could pursue a Community Trash Agreement. To reduce costs and increase benefits as currently structured, the CCE&R’s do not allow the Board to pursue a contract for the subdivision.
- There are 2 informational meetings set for Wednesday, October 11 at 6:00 pm and on Saturday, October 14 at 9:00 am at the Lodge.
- There will be a Special Membership Meeting on October 21, 2023, at 9:00 am at the Lodge where the membership will be able to review and vote on changes to the CCE&R’s that allow the Board of Directors to pursue a Community Trash Collection Agreement.
- During the first part of October, the membership will be mailed a notice for the Special Membership Meeting similar to the notice that is sent for the Annual Meetings.
