Just a reminder that driver’s MUST BE A LICENSED DRIVER AND AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD for ANY motorized vehicle on Heritage Lake roads.  Allowing under age children to drive these vehicles on our roads is not only unsafe for both children and licensed vehicle drivers, it is illegal.  Here’s a link to the HLA Rules & Regulations.
