ATTENTION:
At the 2025 Annual Meeting, the membership voted to combine the annual association dues (the General Assessment and the Lake Fund Assessment) into a single billing, due on March 1 of each year beginning in 2026.
o General Assessment and the Lake Fund Assessment shall be mailed by Feb 1st, both due on March 1st. Lake fund will be Pro-rated for the 2026 Assessment. This is because it is an annual assessment that we are pulling ahead in 2026.
