There are a lot of updates in this article, however we want to make sure members don’t loose sight of a few very important dates.
- Road resurfacing dates: August 28th and 29th, weather dependent
- Spray patching dates: complete
- Ditch reconstruction dates: complete, final inspection is needed
Please remember to not park your vehicles on the shoulders or in the ditches while work is happening on your street. Heritage Lake Association will be contacting the School Bus, Mail, and Garbage Services to inform them of the construction. Some disruption to these services may occur while the road work is ongoing. We will post any new information the Association has on these services as we have it.
Road resurfacing is tentatively scheduled to start on Monday, August 28, 2017 and will end on Friday, September 1, 2017.
Work is weather dependent, so the website will be updated as dates change.
Greenbriar was added to the resurfacing list for 2017.
During this time, do not park vehicles on the streets listed below from 7 am to 6 pm.
The following is the detailed schedule for road resurfacing:
Monday, August 28th
Streets will be swept starting at about 7:30 am
Some streets will receive prime coat at 8:00 am
Seal coating will start immediately after prime coat
Tuesday, August 29th
All seal coat work will be completed by the evening
Road Resurfacing Streets (click for map):
Essex Dr – from Heritage Dr to right before the cul-de-sac. After further review, the cul-de-sac will be reconstructed in 2018.
Brandy Dr – between the lodge and Brandy Lane.
Roxbury Rd – North cul-de-sac only
Heritage Dr – starting at Thornton Dr and ending near 566 Heritage Dr.
Greenbriar Rd – Recently added, stopping ~25 ft before the Thornton intersection
