We have two important pieces of information for all members at Heritage Lake.

First, balance statements were recently mailed to all members with outstanding assessment balances.  If you did not receive a statement you do not have an outstanding balance.  If you have questions about the statement you did receive, please contact the office.

Second, the date for the 2015 Annual Meeting has been set as March 21, 2015.  Please note the following important deadlines associated with this meeting.

Final date to file Intent to Run for the Board of Directors: Tuesday January 20, 2015
There are currently two board positions up for election.

Date of Record: Wednesday February 4, 2015
All 2014 assessments and fines must be received by the date of record in order to be considered a member in good standing for the annual meeting.
