The registration for for the 2017 Fall Garage Sales on September 9th is now available on the Garage Sale page.

New this year, the Lodge will be available for members who do not live on a main street in the subdivision.  Priority for Lodge space will be given to the first 10 members to return the form with their $5 payment.  Only members that do not live on Heritage Drive, Brandy Dr, Londonderry Dr, Kenton St, Bradford Dr, or Westminster Dr will be able to set up in the Lodge. The lodge will be open for set up Thursday and Friday evenings (times to be determined).  The lodge will be unlocked for sales Friday and Saturday during the day.  An opportunity is also available for members who would be interested in setting up their sale in the parking lot of the Lodge.  Please return your form, and you will be contacted with more information.
