ANNUAL MEETING DOCUMENTS MAILED

The 2022 Annual Membership meeting is set for Saturday, March 19, 9:00 am at the lodge.  All eligible members have been mailed an Annual Meeting packet which contains ballots (members receive 1 ballot per lot owned), a proxy solicitation from the board, and information on each candidate.  If you are a member in good standing (all 2021 Assessments, fines, and fees paid by February 2, 2022) and do not receive your packet by March 14th, please contact the office. 

We hope you can join us for this very important opportunity for member voices to be heard.  If you are unable to attend the meeting, please consider returning your proxy either to the office or to a neighbor.  Proxies may be granted to a neighbor  who is also a member in good standing and who will be attending the meeting by completing the 2022 NeighborProxy 

The 2022 Vehicle Stickers will be available starting Monday, March 14 and can be picked up in the office. The 2022 General Assessments need to be paid before receiving your 2022 vehicle stickers.  Forms can be obtained in the office or you can complete the 2022 Vehicle Registration Form 2022 Vehicle Registration Form and bring it to the office.  No local decals will be mailed.
