A late fee of $25 is ready to be added to all unpaid Lake Fund balances. If you believe you may have an outstanding balance on your account, please contact the office at your earliest convenience. Accounts paid in full by November 14th will have the late fee waived.
General Assessment statements were mailed to all members last week. The statements included the 2014 general assessment and any outstanding balances from previous years.
