In the packets that were mailed to all members, a proxy that was solicited by the board was included.  There was a misprint with this proxy, as it lists the date of the 2016 Annual Meeting instead of the 2017 Annual Meeting.  Members can still use this form by simply crossing out the incorrect date and writing the correct date of March 18, 2017.
