NOTICE:  TEMPORARY OFFICE HOURS UNTIL MARCH 8.  The HLA office will be open on Mondays – 9:00-1:00 and Wednesdays 11:00 – 2:00.  Email and phone messages will continue to be monitored as usual.  Payments can still be made in the office during the above hours, mailed to the accountant or placed in an envelope marked HLA and dropped in the Night Depository Box located at the end of the drive-thru of the Heritage Lake location of the First Security Bank.  Thank you for your patience for this temporary change.
