Road Update 12/18 9am

HLA plows have been out, but there’s still quite a bit of black ice under the blowing snow, especially in areas that didn’t get any sun yesterday. Hopefully today’s sunshine will help the salt do its job. Please be careful if you are out this morning, and give yourself extra time.

Road update 2/14 10 am

The maintenance crew was out between 8 and 9 am salting the primary roads such as Heritage Dr, Kenton St, Bradford Dr, and Westminster Dr.  The maintenance crew will start plowing all Heritage Lake roads between 2 and 3 pm, depending on the rate of snow fall. Road Plowing Update- Sunday 01/10/15

All HLA roads were plowed Saturday night. Sunday morning at 8:45 am, the maintenance crew began spreading salt and cinders. With the cold temperatures, the salt may not be very effective. Please use caution, the roads are snow covered and icy in some spots.

Road Improvement Informational Meetings Scheduled

The Road Improvement Committee will be hosting two information meetings between now and the April 25 reconvened Annual Meeting.  At these informational meetings the Road Improvement committee will be presenting their findings on options for improvement and reconstruction of our roads and answering member questions. Winter Road Conditions – January 3

As of 9:00 am on January 3rd, the HLA roads have been checked by the road committee and maintenace personnel. Some slick spots have been found.  Hills and intersections have been treated with salt and cinders, and conditions will be monitored throughout the day. Please use caution if you are out and about today.
