The Road Improvement Committee will be hosting two information meetings between now and the April 25 reconvened Annual Meeting. At these informational meetings the Road Improvement committee will be presenting their findings on options for improvement and reconstruction of our roads and answering member questions.
The meetings are scheduled for Saturday April 18th at 6 pm and Saturday April 25th at 8 am. Both meeting will be held at the lodge and should last about an hour. If you are interested in this topic or have additional questions, please plan to attend one of the informational meetings so we can keep the Reconvened Annual meeting to a reasonable length.
The Road Improvement Committee is made up of representatives from the Board, Finance Committee, and Road Committee. The committee was charged with researching options for improvement and reconstruction of the Roads within Heritage Lake Association and presenting these options to the membership. They have been working very diligently over the past several weeks to prepare this information.
