The finance committee has been working diligently with the township and county to research our options for improving the condition and ongoing care of the roads within Heritage Lake Association.  Please see the status report provided by the finance committee (link below)

HLA Roads & SSA Feasibility 11-23-14

At the November Board meeting, the board approved the expenditure for the Feasibility Field Investigation.  At the December board meeting, next steps will be discussed, including contracting an engineering firm and entering into negotiations with the township and county.  Members are encouraged to bring any questions or concerns they may have to that meeting, or submit in advance to secretary@heritagelakeassociation.com.  All questions received by 6 pm December 15th will be addressed at the meeting.
