As you know the Heritage Lake Halloween Trick or Treat will be on Saturday Oct. 29th from 4pm until 7pm.   Make sure your children have something visible on them or carry a flashlight when it gets dark.  The roadways get congested with walkers, side by sides, golf carts and cars — so make sure all parked vehicles are off the roadway completely.  HLA security wants to remind everyone that only licensed drivers can drive any type of motorized vehicle and lights must be on. HLA security will be out and this will be enforced so we all have a safe and Happy Halloween.
