A: No.  Only 2015 charges must be paid by January 27th.

Q: How do I know if I have an outstanding balance?
A: Account statements were mailed to all members with outstanding balances in December.  If you did not receive a statement you do not have an outstanding balance.  If you are unsure of your current account balance, please contact the office.

Q: I set up a payment plan for my Road Fund, am I considered in good standing?
A: All payment plans that were offered by the Association were created in such a way that outstanding assessments would be paid in full by the date of record.  As long as all your payments have been made on time, you should be fine.  If you have questions or concerns, please contact the office.

Q: I have an unpaid late fee.  Will I still be eligible to vote?
A: No.  Any outstanding balance, even $0.01, will make you ineligible to vote.  Late fees have been in place for over two years, and will be charged on any assessment that is over 30 days outstanding.  Please contact the office if you have concerns about your current account balance.
