The Date of Record for the annual meeting is Wednesday February 1, 2017, 7pm.  This is the deadline to have all 2016 Fees, fines, and assessments paid in full in order to be eligible to vote at the 2017 Annual meeting.  Per the HLA Bylaws, there are no exceptions to this rule.  End of year statements were mailed to all members in November 2016.  If you have any concerns about the status of your member account, please contact the office as soon as possible so the issue can be resolved in time to protect your voting rights.

Note: 2017 General Assessments due March 1 are NOT included in the amount due by February 1.
