Date of Record: Wednesday, February 6, 2019, 6:30 p.m.  All 2018 Fees, fines, and assessments must be paid in full by the time the office closes on February 6, 2019 in order to be eligible to vote at the 2019 Annual meeting.  Per the HLA Bylaws, there are no exceptions to this rule.  Please address any concern with the office.  If you did not receive a statement in January, please contact the office for a duplicate copy.  Note: 2019 General Assessments due March 1 are NOT included in the amount due by February 6, 2019.
