Please note the following important deadlines associated with the Annual meeting.

Final date to file Intent to Run for the Board of Directors: Tuesday January 20, 2015
There are currently two board positions up for election.  Letters of intent may be mailed to or dropped off at the office, or left with the tellers at the bank.

Date of Record: Wednesday February 4, 2015
All 2014 assessments and fines must be received by the date of record in order to be considered a member in good standing for the annual meeting.  A statement of account was mailed to all members in mid December.  If you need additional information, please contact the office.  Remember, payments are not considered received until received by the accountant, and pickups from the drop box at the office only occur every 2 weeks.  For faster processing, please mail all payments to the accountant directly.
