REMINDER: . Proxy and ballot(s) must  be received by 5:00 p.m. Thursday March 21, 2019, or delivered at the Annual Meeting on Saturday, March 23, 2019, before 8:45 a.m. You may also bring them to the office on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, between 10:30 – 6:30 pm or place them in the Night Depository of the First Security Bank -Heritage Lake location before 5:00 pm on Thursday, March 21, 2019.

The 2019 Annual Membership meeting is scheduled for Saturday, March 23th, 9:00 am at the lodge.  All eligible members have been mailed an Annual Meeting packet including ballots (members will receive 1 ballot per lot owned), a proxy solicitation from the board, information on the candidates for the Board and the HLA Newsletter.  If you are a member in good standing (all 2018 Assessments, fines, and fees paid by February 6, 2019). 

We hope you can join us for this very important opportunity for member voices to be heard.  If you are unable to attend the meeting, please consider returning your proxy either to the board or to a neighbor.  Proxies may be granted to a neighbor (who is also a member in good standing) by completing the 2019 Neighbor Proxy and asking the neighbor to bring it to the meeting.

The 2019 Vehicle Stickers are in and can be picked up in the office.  2019 General Assessments need to be paid before receiving your vehicle stickers.  Forms can be obtained in the office or you can complete the 2019 Vehicle Registration and bring them to the office.
