Advance Ballots & Proxies Due: Thursday March 16, 2023, 5:00 p.m. Advance Ballots and Proxies for the board will be due to the office no later than 5:00 PM Thursday, March 16, 2023. These may be mailed or dropped off in person during office hours. There is no electronic option for these documents as the originals must be used. Ballots received after this time will still be counted but must be presented at the annual meeting on March 18, 2023, by 8:55 a.m. Proxies may be presented or withdrawn at any time during the meeting.
Annual Meeting: Saturday March 18, 2023, 9:00 a.m. at the Lodge. Please plan to arrive early to check in with the Teller Committee. There will be no Zoom meeting scheduled for the annual meeting.
