The 2018 Annual Membership meeting is scheduled for Saturday, March 24th, 9:00 am at the lodge.  All eligible members have been mailed an Annual Meeting packet including ballots, a proxy solicitation from the board, and information on the candidates for the Board.  If you are a member in good standing (all 2017 Assessments, fines, and fees paid by February 7, 2018) and do not receive your packet by March 19th, please contact the office so the problem can be resolved.

We hope you can join us for this very important opportunity for member voices to be heard.  If you are unable to attend the meeting, please consider returning your proxy either to the board or to a neighbor.  Proxies may be granted to a neighbor (who is also a member in good standing) by completing the 2018 Neighbor Proxy  and asking the neighbor to bring it to the meeting.
