The date for the 2014 Annual Meeting has been set as March 22, 2014. At this meeting 3 new directors will be elected to replace President Coan, whose term is expiring, and Treasurer McGrath and Secretary Shake, who were appointed earlier in 2014 to fill vacancies.
Newly elected directors will fill a 3 year term; from the annual meeting in 2014 until the annual meeting in 2017. Members of Heritage Lake who are interested in running for one of the open Board of Director positions should submit a letter of intent and a brief (200 words or less) written paragraph of introduction and qualifications to the Heritage Lake office. A member’s letter of intent may be received at any time and must be received by 6 pm on Wednesday January 22nd to place that member on the Ballot. Eligible candidates will be members in good standing (no outstanding assessments or fines), and have been a member of the association for at least one year. Candidates may be asked to attend a “Meet the Candidates” night on Monday March 17, 2014.
