The 2017 Annual Membership meeting is scheduled for Saturday March 18th, 9 am at the lodge.  All eligible members have been mailed a Annual Meeting packet including ballots, a proxy solicitation from the board, and information on the candidates for the Board.  If you are a member in good standing (all 2016 Assessments, fines, and fees paind by February 1, 2017) and do not receive yours by March 12th, please contact the office so the problem can be resolved.

We hope you can join us for this very important opportunity for member voices to be heard.  If you are unable to attend the meeting, please consider returning your proxy either to the board or to a neighbor.  Proxies may be granted to a neighbor (who is also a member in good standing) by completing the Neighbor Proxy and asking the neighbor to bring it to the meeting.
