Fire up your grills, smokers, ovens, fryers, or other coking appliance of your choice. The 7th annual Rib Throwdown is Saturday the 4th of October at the lodge. Cook at the lodge, cook at home, it doesn’t matter; just bring 2 racks of ribs to the lodge before the judging at 3 pm. One rack will be for samples to the judges and one for other people to taste.  Rumor has it a special celebrity guest judge will be in attendance.
